I was listening to Hozier one day, (I’m not a huge fan but a like a few songs,) with his “Arsonist Lullaby” song and it inspired me to create this painting. I love songs that make you think so In order to become whole we have to accept both sides of ourselves. It is a light reflective painting so it incorporates all the latest painting ideas I have been working with. It’s not very complex but it took me a while to stay focused on it to actually finish it. It wasn’t easy to stay balanced:)
